Frequently Asked Questions

We offer three levels of referral rewards.

  • Get a $10 Amazon gift card just for putting your referral in touch with us. The referral should be a business in need of any IT service that Level5 offers. The card will be emailed to you up to 7 days after referral is verified.
  • Receive $200 for referrals of one-time or project services of $2,000 or more that result in a sale. This can be through a gift card or $200 off your existing account balance with Level5. You will receive the gift card or balance credit 30 days after the new client is onboarded.
  • Receive $500 for every monthly service referral that results in a sale of $2,500 or more in up front costs. This can be through a gift card or $500 off your existing account balance with Level5. You will receive the gift card or balance credit 30 days after the new client is onboarded.

Any new client referred to us will receive 10% off of the first bill. (Not to mention, the support of a pretty awesome IT company!)

All you need to do is send this link https://www.level5mgmt.com/referral#signup to the prospect and it will take them to our referral request form on our website. There they will be able to give us their contact information, view a list of our IT services, request specific services as well as let us know who has referred them. We will contact you to let you know we received the referral and get any further information if needed.

A qualifying referral is a referral for a company in need of any business-related technical consulting or service that Level5 Management offers, like network security, network infrastructure support, computer support, and/or cloud support, on a monthly or per-project basis.

Companies that utilize point-of-sale machines (i.e. restaurants and retail businesses) do not qualify as a referral. In addition, personal and home IT users do not qualify as we only serve businesses.
